Every Crown Mercer engagement begins with a scoping call, followed by a read-only Search Console and Analytics access request — we do not quote without data. The first deliverable is always a ranking health snapshot: where you currently stand, what is actively suppressing growth, and a realistic timeline for first visible improvements. We have completed more than 120 audits since 2018, and the pattern is consistent — around 70% of ranking problems trace back to three to five technical or structural issues, not a broad content deficit. We work in monthly retainer cycles with a 30-day exit clause because we believe clients should stay because results are real, not because a contract is long. Results depend partly on factors outside our control — Google algorithm updates, competitor investment changes, and the speed at which a client's development team implements technical recommendations. We communicate these dependencies clearly rather than absorbing them into vague promises.
